Bachelor's in Information Systems or a related field preferred. * 3 or more years of professional experience in the field. * Experience with multiple operating environments (including Windows and Mac OS). * Experience with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office suite. * Strong understanding of technology in a business environment. * Outstanding communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with employees in a team-oriented environment. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of assigned tasks and project work, manage priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and support needs in a timely manner. * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. * Discretion in handling confidential information. * Experience with computer networking. * Local travel between WA communities; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. ## Description Our IT Systems Administrator provides a high level of user support and customer service to team members and residents, ranging from general application support to troubleshooting complex technical issues. This role supports daily IT operations, participates in technology projects, assists with system upgrades and device deployments, and helps safeguard our network, systems, and users.
