## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in game testing.
 * Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment.
 * Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization.
 * Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle.
 * Adept with writing detailed concise bug reports.
 * Proven experience executing test cases; drafting and managing test cases for one or more features.
 * Experience with industry standard test software such as JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, or equivalents.
 * Experience running build files with software suites such as Visual Studio.
 * Practiced and analytical problem-solving approach.
 * Preferred higher education in technology.

## Description

What You Will Do

 * Play assigned game(s) to completion.
 * Document glitches, bugs, and inaccuracies in specified bug tracking database.
 * Rate and/or recommend games, game additions, or modifications.
 * Analyze test results, bugs, and usability and contribute to existing testing content documentation.
 * Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases based on client specifications, and prepare reports.
 * Serve as a technical lead contributing to test team.
 * Assist in test environment setup and teardown.
 * Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems.
 * Serve as the main point of contact for the client and will work with the client to prioritize testing requirements.
 * Be responsible for informally leading a test team on a variety of projects.
 * Document the basic user level manual, systems manual.
 * Provide feedback on progress and professional growth to team members as well as management.
 * Continuous striving for improvement in personal knowledge of testing practices and relevant hardware
