Education: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time). * Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force. * Subject to inside environmental conditions. * Travel for this position will include less than 10% locally usually for training purposes., This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship (e.g. H-1B, TN, or E-3). (This is only applicable for US-based positions) ## Description * Assumes responsibility for defining, implementing, and enforcing governance and standards for commercial cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Snowflake. * Applies commercial cloud best practices to design, develop, and implement AWS, Azure, and GCP platform-level features. * Discover, review, and influence new and evolving design, architecture, and standards for building and delivering unique cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services. * Collaborate with application engineering teams to create, monitor, and troubleshoot system infrastructure. * Be an expert in service reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
