## About the Role

Python development experience and be comfortable building backend services, working with structured data and data pipelines, developing frontend functionality, integrating enterprise applications and supporting modern AI and automation solutions.

 * 3-5 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on Python development
 * Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs using Flask and JSON
 * Experience with business process automation using RPA and/or Power Automate, along with exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and/or Document Intelligence
 * Experience with Docker, version control and CI/CD/automated deployment practices
