The ideal candidate must also have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials), strong analytical skills, and the proven ability to work in complex business environments. This role requires strong leadership qualities, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and the competency to guide teams and drive functional solutions effectively., * 12+ Yrs of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (AP/AR/CM/GL). * Thorough understanding of end-to-end financial transaction flows and reporting. * Experience with interfaces, data conversions, and workflows. * Exposure on Oracle HCM and SCM Modules. * Practical knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL for functional troubleshooting. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive solutions efficiently. * Experience working in complex, fast paced enterprise environments. ## Description 1. Technical Expertise (Oracle EBS Financials) * Strong Technical expertise in Oracle EBS AP, AR, CM, and GL modules. * Solid understanding of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms. * Knowledge of OAF/ADF frameworks is an added advantage. * Analyze business requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules with minimal turnaround time. * Provide support for interfaces, conversions, workflows, and customizations. 2. Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials) * Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials including AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management. * Exposure to Fixed Assets (FA) is a plus. * Support Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations with legacy systems. * Perform Cloud configuration, testing, data migration support, and functional validation. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end transaction flow. 3.
