The successful candidate will design solutions, provide systems maintenance and troubleshooting for our customers. The primary focus of this position is to provide desktop and server/network support including desktop/server operating systems, Active Directory, and Email systems as well as firewalls, switches, and routers. Client site visits may be required - mostly in Southern California. The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience., The typical duties for our IT Support Specialist include: * Provide tier 1, 2, &3 technical support to our customers. * Configure, install Windows workstations. * Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. * Azure setup and configuration * Perform proactive maintenance on systems. * Troubleshoot live issues affecting network connectivity. * Work with ISP's to troubleshoot WAN connectivity issues. * Document new and existing systems (procedures and diagrams). * Maintain best practices in customer's IT environment.
