 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

## Description

We're seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support a major integration modernization initiative. In this role, you'll work alongside senior project leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to help migrate critical integrations from a legacy platform to a modern enterprise solution., * Partner with the Senior Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale IT modernization program.

 * Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful project outcomes.
 * Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Support integration assessments, migration planning, testing efforts, deployment readiness, and post-go-live activities.
 * Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance sessions.
 * Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
 * Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to leadership in a timely and professional manner.
