In this role, you will collaborate across departments to analyze business needs, optimize manufacturing processes, improve capacity management, and design effective SAP solutions that support both the business unit and BWXT enterprise-wide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, end users, and key stakeholders to translate requirements into best-practice system configurations that enhance operational performance., * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document manufacturing process requirements. * Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, including capacity management insights related to production scheduling and resource utilization. Solution Design & Configuration * Design SAP solutions that meet manufacturing business needs. * Configure SAP ERP to enable required manufacturing processes and capabilities. * Partner with technical teams on necessary customizations or enhancements. Implementation & Testing * Lead and participate in SAP manufacturing solution implementations. * Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and function reliably. User Training & Support * Train end users on new or enhanced manufacturing processes. * Provide ongoing support to resolve manufacturing-related issues and maintain smooth system operations. Documentation * Develop detailed documentation for SAP solutions, configurations, and processes. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date materials for future reference and training.
