 * Microsoft PowerPoint.

 * Business Case Preparation.

 * Business Cost/Benefit Analysis.

 * Statistical Analysis Tools.

 * Data Trend Analysis & Interpretation.

 * Business Performance Analysis & Forecasting.

 * SQL, Python, DatViz Tools are a plus but not required.

Education & Experience Required

 * Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
 * 0 - 2+ years of job-related experience.

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Education & Experience Preferred

 * Experience with analytical project management and successful demonstration of descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
 * Operations experience.

## Description

* Performs business performance research by gathering, interpreting and comparing operational data for benchmarking and provides insights/recommendations to the organization.

 * Develops and updates mathematical modeling tools identifying performance metrics.

 * Assists with special projects requiring commensurate analytical expertise and the development of executive level presentations.

 * Ensures appropriate measures and reports are defined and implemented to assess organizational performance and/or initiative performance.

 * Partners with peer group to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of analytics tools that enable efficiency and scale in discovering actionable insights.

 * Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Client program performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness

 * Remains abreast of the latest software to build reports and conduct analysis efficiently, including Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI and other analytic tools.
