Experience establishing Agile best practices, product ownership standards, and governance frameworks.
Ability to resolve delivery risks, priority conflicts, and roadmap dependencies.
Experience working across cross-functional teams including PMO, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and large-scale enterprise programs.
