 * Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
 * Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.
 * Experience developing microservices-based applications.
 * Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
 * Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
 * Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
 * Good experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
 * Experience working in enterprise or financial services environments is a plus.
