## Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

 - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
 - Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
 - Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
 - Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
 - Train staff on the proper use of hardware and software
 - Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
 - Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
 - Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
 - Collaborate with IT team members to provide efficient and effective IT support services
