The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, Apache Camel, cloud-native technologies, and modern frontend development. This role requires experience leading and mentoring onshore/offshore engineering teams while remaining actively involved in development, architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
