## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience., * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, network engineering, or a related role.
 * Expertise in Windows administration: Windows 10 & 11, Server 2022, Azure, AWS, Office 365, file storage, and print services.
 * Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
 * Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
 * Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
 * In-depth knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
 * Familiarity with Identity Management Systems (OKTA, etc.).
 * Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.
 * Experience with Cybersecurity tools and protocols.
 * Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
