Evaluate infrastructure alternatives by analyzing demand growth, engineering constraints, supply availability, deployment options, investment trade-offs, and business risks. * Develop planning frameworks that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of infrastructure planning decisions. Build executive-ready business cases, investment analyses, and recommendations supporting infrastructure prioritization and allocation decisions. * Partner across product areas, engineering, supply chain, finance, and data science to integrate evolving planning signals into a unified infrastructure plan of record. * Define planning assumptions, evaluation methodologies, business rules, and decision frameworks that improve planning quality across Alphabet. * Partner with Engineering teams to define business requirements for capacity planning systems, optimization capabilities, and decision-support tooling.
