Preferred Qualifications * Advanced Agile certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or PMI-ACP * Experience supporting DoD or IC programs in an Agile capacity. * Familiarity with SAFe or other enterprise-scale Agile frameworks. * Experience supporting AI/ML or Cyber engineering teams. * Exposure to IRAD (Independent Research & Development) programs. * Experience facilitating multi-team Scrum of Scrums environments. * Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows in classified environments. * Active Secret clearance preferred. ## Description Peraton is currently seeking to hire a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product vision, organizational priorities, and business value. This role acts as the primary facilitator for Agile processes while enabling technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
