## About the Role

* 2-3 years of desktop support or IT support experience.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11).
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and standard desktop applications.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work onsite full-time at the T-Mobile campus in Kansas City.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), or SCCM.
 * CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is a plus.
 * Experience with hardware imaging and device deployment.

## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at the T-Mobile campus in Kansas City. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft desktop environments who enjoys troubleshooting end-user issues and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide onsite support for Windows desktop and laptop systems.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
 * Support Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
 * Set up and deploy new computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
 * Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.
 * Assist with user account support, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
 * Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
