This role is focused on leadership, process improvement, and service excellence, helping a high-performing team become even more efficient while ensuring an exceptional experience for users. What You'll Do + Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals supporting users and technology. + Drive process improvements and help mature a recently implemented ITSM platform. + Manage stakeholder expectations, clarify project requirements, and communicate priorities effectively. + Oversee AV operations, support services, equipment lifecycle planning, and project delivery. + Partner with IT and AV Engineering teams to enhance technology services and user experiences. + Step in during critical incidents when hands-on leadership is needed, while maintaining a primarily strategic and managerial focus.
