Work Environment This position is primarily based within a manufacturing facility and production environment. Work is performed at ESD-safe workstations, office areas, and throughout the production floor while supporting systems, equipment, and users. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, frequent movement throughout the facility, occasional lifting of equipment weighing 25-50 pounds, and the ability to work in confined spaces when installing or servicing equipment. ## Description The Engineering Support Specialist provides technical support to internal and external customers by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. This on-site position also supports remote locations and is responsible for hardware installation, software deployment, system integration, and ongoing IT support. In this role, you will apply engineering and technical principles to support system design, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams to ensure reliable system performance while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
