The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing dealer education, communication, and training initiatives that drive engagement, operational excellence, and utilization of Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A. (YMFUS) products and services. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Services, Accounting, Project Management, and other internal teams to create training resources, dealer communication campaigns, and field training programs that enhance the dealer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
