## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
 * 2+ years of IT support or technical support experience.
 * Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, printers, networking equipment, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts including routers, switches, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking.
 * Experience with barcode scanners, mobile devices, or warehouse technology is a plus.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to technical issues.

## Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Tech Support Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all technology systems, computers, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi-connected devices, and network equipment are functioning properly. This is a temporary position!, * Set up, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, barcode scanners, and other warehouse technology.

 * Ensure all devices are properly connected to the company Wi-Fi and network.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
 * Provide technical support to warehouse employees and office staff.
 * Install software updates, security patches, and system upgrades.
 * Monitor and maintain warehouse technology to minimize downtime.
 * Configure user accounts, passwords, and device access as needed.
 * Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party vendors when necessary.
 * Perform routine inspections of technology equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
 * Replace or repair malfunctioning hardware.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
 * Document technical issues, resolutions, and equipment installations.
 * Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and technology.
