## About the Role

* 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
 * Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to provide daily updates and status reports
 * Proficiency in imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops
 * Ability to support hardware and software troubleshooting end-to-end
 * Comfortable working onsite at headquarters

## Description

* Provide technical support for desktop and hardware issues, including imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
 * Support break/fix hardware troubleshooting and repair, managing issues from start to finish
 * Test and validate returned devices through the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process
 * Manage IT asset recovery efforts through return and offboarding tickets, including device scanning in and out
 * Fulfill software installation, updates, and troubleshooting requests
 * Support virtual environment tasks such as VM requests and related issues
 * Work on-site at headquarters five days a week, ensuring timely and effective technical support
