Preferred Qualifications * Public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experiences. * Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Experience focusing on development projects using DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex programming. * Experience with prompt engineering and prompt templates within Salesforce (e.g., Prompt Builder). * Familiarity with grounding agents in enterprise data sources such as Data Cloud. This role extends beyond routine platform maintenance; you'll build scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions, deploy Agentforce agents and custom actions, and integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems to support government business needs. Throughout, you'll apply best practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant implementations.
