## About the Role

* 10+ years in Data Science / AI/ML.
 * 5+ years mandatory in Insurance or Financial Services, especially Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Analytics.
 * Strong hands-on Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning.
 * Experience with churn, retention, risk, fraud, underwriting, customer analytics, or marketing analytics.
 * Production experience deploying ML/AI solutions, including APIs, batch, and real-time inference.
 * Experience with Azure / Databricks / Azure ML.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

 * GenAI / LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and fine-tuning.
 * Power BI / Dominos.
 * ML-Ops and responsible AI experience.
 * Employee benefits industry experience.

Key Requirement: Strong Data Scientist + ML/AI profile with 5+ years of Insurance/Financial Services marketing or customer engagement analytics experience
