The Vice-President leads the Enrollment Office and financial aid strategy while establishing an intentional institutional connection between the promises made during recruitment and the lived experience of students and families after enrollment. The role is responsible for ensuring that every stage of the enrollment journey has clear ownership, measurable goals, and coordinated follow-through. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the President's Leadership Team, the Vice-President works collaboratively across Catholic Memorial to ensure that enrollment strategy, student and family experience, tuition and financial aid strategy, market positioning, and institutional priorities remain aligned with the school's mission and long-term strength. The Vice-President is both a strategist and a visible practitioner: a senior leader who can interpret market and enrollment data, shape institutional strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and remain personally connected to prospective and current families and to the daily work of enrollment.
