 * Experience in modernizing legacy platforms such as .NET frameworks, TIBCO, Mainframe (COBOL/CICS)
 * Hands-on experience with .Net or Java for enterprise modernization
 * Experience with TIBCO, Kubernetes/Openshift, Sybase
 * Experience with ETL and data engineering (DataStage, Databricks, etc)
 * Knowledge of AI governance and security
