Additional experience may substitute for degree . * 2-7 years of relevant experience . * Experience working with system/network vulnerability scanning tools required . * Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DoD network in a multi-vendor environment . * Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification or be able to obtain either certification within 30 days of employment . * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA-Junos) is a plus. * Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. * U.S. Citizenship is required . Regular and punctual attendance is required . ## Description Designs and maintains DOD computer systems and networks to ensure operational security and protect data from internal and external threats. Reviews network/system configurations to ensure compliance and creates recommendations in line with security and governmental regulations.
