Preferred * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS HCM, Workday, or similar enterprise HCM platforms. * Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or cloud integration platforms. * Experience supporting federal or public sector clients. * Relevant certifications in HCM platforms, cloud technologies, or project delivery methodologies. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to lead and support Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives focused on security configuration, system integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in enterprise HCM platforms, strong consulting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HCM implementations, particularly in designing security controls, integrating modules and third-party systems, executing data migration strategies, and supporting end-to-end testing activities.
