What You Will Experience: * Outdoor and active field work in heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, uneven terrain, traffic, noise, and remote locations. * Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, and handling tools, cables, and equipment. * Tower work at substantial heights using approved fall-protection equipment after required training. * Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting or moving up to 70 pounds. * Extended driving, travel, and work near RF equipment, electrical systems, batteries, and mechanical hazards under established controls. This is a non-exempt position. Overtime is paid at one and one-half times the regular rate when required by federal or Colorado law, including applicable daily, consecutive-hour, and weekly thresholds. This non-exempt telecommunications role installs, troubleshoots, and maintains residential, commercial, tower, backhaul, power, and network equipment. Pay range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and business needs. Benefits include Colorado paid sick leave as required by law, employee stock options subject to plan terms, and company-provided tower-climbing certification. The role also offers travel and overtime/on-call opportunities. Multi-day travel, weekends, and scheduled on-call work are required.
