## About the Role

* Technical Program Management (TPM) experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
 * SAFe Agile Implementation experience, including PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and cross-functional team coordination
 * Experience leading Salesforce transformation and implementation projects
 * Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform)
 * Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents), AI-driven automation, and generative AI initiatives
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
 * Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and budgets
 * Agile/Scrum project delivery and governance experience
 * Vendor and offshore/onshore team management
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies, * SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, PMP, or Scrum certifications
 * Experience delivering AI/ML and automation programs
 * Salesforce certifications or experience working closely with Salesforce Architects and Product Owners
 * Enterprise-scale digital transformation experience
