The successful candidate will have combination of direct experience developing Test Solutions in Electro-Optical/Infrared domain. The candidate must understand lab environment testing concepts and integration of systems, sub-assemblies, and components. This individual will interface with the PLEL, PEMs and Discipline Leads and guide the system test solution leads to develop and maintain production test stands. Responsibilities may include: * Communicates Test Solutions improvements to the process to the Discipline Leads * Accountable for supporting the development of the test architectural, performance, and implementation modeling processes and plans * Ensures alignment between Systems, Software, Hardware MBE Models, and integrated test. * Identifies Test Solutions technical risks and opportunities to the Chief Engineer (CE) and supports the management of risks and opportunities * Execute to the Approved Certification Plan (ACP).
