Skills & Competencies: * Proficiency in SQL, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity and system reliability. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment. * Ability to translate business processes into effective system configurations and workflows. * Awareness of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) and ability to apply them in system configurations, training, and user-facing tools. * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and training resources for diverse users. * Knowledge of FERPA, student data privacy laws, and best practices in system security. * Flexibility and initiative to learn new tools and adapt to evolving system needs. ## Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of key institutional systems, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (transitioning from HubSpot to Element451), the Student Information System (SIS) (currently Jenzabar's SONIS), the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (currently NetSuite), and Global Financial Aid Services. This position ensures the effective, secure, and efficient operation of systems to support crucial functions across the College. The Administrator's primary responsibility is systems administration, with a focus on infrastructure, configuration, utility, integration, and system compatibility.
