## About the Role

* Proven experience with Open Epic and its integration capabilities.
 * Extensive knowledge of FHIR R4 standards and implementation.
 * Strong understanding of data mapping and integration processes.
 * Experience with interoperability frameworks and standards.
 * Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Preferred Skills:
 * Experience with REDCap, OnBase, and HIMS systems.
 * Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations and compliance.
 * Knowledge of cloud based integration solutions.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously., * Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
 * 15+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a focus on interoperability and data integration.
 * Proven track record of successful project delivery in a healthcare environment.
 * Relevant certifications in FHIR or interoperability frameworks are a plus.

## Description

* Lead the design and implementation of FHIR R4 standards for data mapping and integration.
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability between Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other systems.
 * Analyze and document consent, sensitivity, provenance, and policy data requirements.
 * Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and integration workflows.
 * Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation phases.
 * Conduct regular assessments of interoperability solutions and recommend improvements.
 * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FHIR standards and interoperability.
 * Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on FHIR standards and best practices.
