## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not administration)
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs
 * Extensive experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ACLs, and REST API integrations
 * Proven development experience in ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM modules
 * Working knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management
 * Professional experience in coding, testing, implementation, and production support
 * Systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical solution design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
 * Certifications in ITSM, SecOps, or GRC/IRM implementations
 * Experience with IntegrationHub, ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping
 * Experience working within state government or large enterprise environments
