Preferred Certifications: ITIL® Foundation, CompTIA Server+/Network+, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green), CSCA/CSCP, DC/colocation safety. ## Description Lifecycle Asset Management Create/maintain authoritative records in CMDB/asset tools (ownership, location, status, config, warranty, costs). Execute MACD: additions, migrations, swaps, RMAs, and decommissions; coordinate on-site remote hands. Validate demand, place orders (per client process), and track shipment * delivery * acceptance. Manage spares/VMI programs; define min/max, reorder points, and placement strategy. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Act as the initial point of contact for vendor queries on shipments, access, and documentation. Schedule remote-hands, ERAD/ITAD pickups, and de-installs; verify certificates of destruction/recycling where required. Partner with SCM/Planning to onboard new SKUs/BOMs and maintain catalogs; collaborate with DC Ops/NetEng on capacity plans. Run vendor QBRs and track SLAs/OLAs.
