This role focuses on leading business process improvement and implementation efforts across the commodity trade lifecycle, with emphasis on SAP Commodity Solutions, commercial optimization, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings experience leading client workstreams, translating business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions, and driving measurable outcomes across downstream and adjacent commodity markets. Work you'll do As an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for… * Lead SAP Commodity Solutions workstreams across the commodity trade lifecycle, including Trade capture, Supply Chain processes, Pricing, settlements, and controls * Advise clients on SAP-enabled process design across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations for downstream and adjacent commodity sectors * Lead requirements gathering, solution design & build, testing, deployment, and process improvement activities aligned to business objectives and program timelines * Analyze commercial and operational data to identify optimization opportunities, quantify business value, and support margin improvement initiatives * Translate Business related functional and technical requirements into S4 Design and Build roadmap * Develop executive-ready deliverables, solution materials, and pursuit assets while mentoring junior team members across engagement delivery * Lead a global team for large scale engagements and maintain client relations, The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
