 * Ability to work on site 4-5 days per week in Arlington, VA or Albuquerque, NM
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

 * Experience developing program plans, technical analyses, executive briefings, or congressional action materials
 * Experience managing integrated baselines, technical risks, cost, scope, and schedule

## Description

As a Manager, Strategy Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for

 * Supporting coordination across federal stakeholders for complex national security and defense programs
 * Developing program documentation, analyses, reports, briefings, training materials, and executive-ready deliverables
 * Supporting governance forums, working groups, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings
 * Applying systems engineering principles to maintain integrated baselines, track technical risks, and support assessment of cost, scope, and schedule impacts
 * Supporting program planning activities, testing and qualification efforts, production capacity assessments, legislative actions, and key program deliverables
