Drive for Results- Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. ## Description The Data Management Analyst leverages AI, advanced analytics, and modern data engineering practices to transform business and customer data into actionable insights, scalable data products, and reliable decision-support capabilities while partnering across Finance, Marketing, Contact Center, SPG, Data Science, and BI teams. Located at our office in Naperville, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
