The ideal candidate combines strong technical and operational expertise with the ability to lead complex projects, build cross-functional partnerships, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. * Five or more years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams within project management, controls integration, field services, operations, or a related industry., * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Florida Contractor's License. * Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training and certifications., * Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical controls, systems integration, and project execution. * Experience managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. * Proven success leading technical and operational teams in a fast-paced environment. * Strong business and financial acumen, including project cost control and profitability management. * Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership. * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. * Experience with ERP systems, project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting platforms. ## Description The Senior Manager, Project Delivery & Systems Operations provides strategic leadership for the Project Delivery, System Integration, and Field Support & Controls teams.
