## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level PC Technician / IT Intern to assist our IT team with desktop support, computer deployments, and general technical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or individual looking to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment., * Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office

 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
 * Reliable transportation to our Wixom office
 * IT coursework required, certifications (CompTIA A+), or related experience preferred but not required
 * US Citizen or Green card holder

## Description

* Configure and deploy Windows computers
 * Set up user accounts and basic access permissions
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
 * Assist with Microsoft 365 support requests
 * Perform inventory tracking and equipment organization
 * Provide basic user support and technical assistance
 * Document completed work and support activities
