Graduation from a regionally accredited two-year or NYS registered college or university or one accredited by the NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field AND three (3) years of full-time paid experience in computer, server and network operations, software applications or peripherals; OR B. Graduation from a regionally accredited two-year or NYS registered college or university or one accredited by the NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with an associate's degree in computer science or a related field, AND five (5) years of full-time paid experience in computer, server and network operations, software applications or peripherals; OR C. Any equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above. NOTE: Successful completion of A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 certifications may be substituted for one year of experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: A valid New York State driver's license and use of a personal vehicle is required at the date of the appointment and for the duration of employment. ## Description The incumbent, under immediate supervision of the Information Technology Manager, is responsible for the installation and support of computer and audio-visual software and hardware for Library staff.
