Sitting within the Finance team, you will partner closely with finance and business leaders across operational, commercial, and corporate teams. You will support accurate financial reporting, consistent planning and accounting practices, and a strong internal control environment while contributing to global initiatives. Your financial insights will help leaders make informed decisions, improve operational performance, and strengthen the processes and reporting that support the business. You will also support the Director of Finance and collaborate across the organization to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. What you'll be doing Financial planning and analysis * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the Data Center business. * Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts. * Identify key performance drivers and clearly explain variances. * Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports for senior leadership. * Support the development of budgets, forecasts, management reports, and investor-related presentations. Business partnering and decision support * Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support. * Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and business insights for strategic and operational initiatives. * Collaborate with operational, commercial, and corporate teams to support business performance. * Develop data-driven recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic objectives. * Build strong relationships across the business to promote effective financial planning and decision-making. Process improvement and financial controls * Support the development and enhancement of reporting, cost allocation methodologies, and financial planning processes across regions. * Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and operating procedures. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and overall business performance. * Contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment and accurate financial reporting.
