This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the organization's technology strategy, maintaining secure and reliable IT infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting more than 500 real estate professionals, executives, and employees across multiple New York locations. The IT Director will lead infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, network architecture, and business process automation while partnering with executive leadership to align technology investments with operational and business objectives.
