## Description

I'm hiring for a Remote Technical Help Desk & Network Support Agent position that can be worked from anywhere in the U.S. This role supports advanced technical issues and is available on 2nd or 3rd shift.

What You'll Do:

 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and remote access issues
 * Resolve escalated technical support cases and manage user accounts/access
 * Support technicians with complex issues and document solutions
 * Help improve support processes and overall customer satisfaction
