* 2+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * Strong proficiency with HTML and CSS.
 * Experience building and maintaining responsive websites.
 * Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and modern web design best practices.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

 * Experience with WordPress.
 * Graphic design experience.
 * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

 * Experience with JavaScript.

## Description

QTI is partnering with a well-established organization in Wisconsin to identify a Web Developer to join their Marketing team. This position will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital experiences across multiple web platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end development skills with a passion for user experience and collaboration. This role works closely with marketing, design, and internal teams to create engaging, responsive websites that support business goals and enhance the user experience., * Build, maintain, and update website content and functionality using HTML and CSS.

 * Develop responsive user interfaces that perform across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
 * Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to bring digital initiatives to life.
 * Translate design concepts and mockups into functional web experiences.
 * Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve website and interface issues.
 * Support website enhancements, updates, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
 * Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across digital platforms.
 * Support website integrations and ongoing digital initiatives.
 * Stay current on web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
