## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong Epic application experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, IT professionals, and third-party vendors., * Minimum 3 years of Epic application analyst experience

 * Epic OpTime Certification required
 * Epic Anesthesia Certification is a plus
 * Experience with Epic application configuration, testing, and support
 * Experience working with third-party integrations and healthcare vendors
 * Strong understanding of clinical workflows, preferably within an operating room or perioperative environment
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent organizational and project management skills
 * Ability to work effectively with clinical staff, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
 * Healthcare clinical or business experience preferred
 * Bachelor's degree preferred

## Description

* Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications
 * Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into effective Epic application solutions
 * Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end users
 * Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors as needed
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to evaluate and improve workflows
 * Identify opportunities to optimize Epic applications, system functionality, and overall performance
 * Develop and maintain application documentation, reports, testing plans, and workflow specifications
 * Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and system optimization initiatives
 * Support project implementations and go-live activities across operating room locations
 * Conduct application testing, including unit, integrated, and end-user testing
 * Provide education and support to end users when needed
 * Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues
 * Maintain appropriate documentation related to system configuration, testing, and support activities
