This position is responsible for maintaining application functionality, developing and delivering technical training, producing and managing technical documentation, and assisting users with system-related processes. The role acts as a liaison between Information Services and operational departments to ensure users are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to effectively utilize organizational technology., 1.Constant * Assist with administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise business applications. * Manage user access, security roles, and application permissions. * Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployment activities. * Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. * Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Assist with implementation of new software solutions and system enhancements. * Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and accessible. (67-100%) 2.Frequent * Partner with departments to identify technology training and documentation needs. * Assist with process improvement initiatives involving technology solutions. * Gather user feedback and communicate enhancement recommendations. * Support organizational change-management efforts related to technology adoption. * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support. * Lead development and maintenance of organizational technical documentation standards. * Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
