## About the Role

* Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record of building, selling, and navigating the geospatial capture and physical asset intelligence world.
 * You may have sold inspection, LiDAR, or geospatial technology into utilities, DOTs, or infrastructure owners and run the sales cycle end to end.
 * You may have built capture networks or field data products that produce audit-grade condition truth for lenders, insurers, regulators, or autonomy teams.
 * The ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams
 * A demonstrated passion for technology's ability to change the world
 * A desire to be a venture-backed founder
 * Canada or US-based, and the ability to collaborate in North American time zones.

## Description

Sensing got cheap. Decision-grade ground truth for lenders, insurers, and regulators did not. Roughly $500 trillion in physical assets still lack a real-time digital representation of condition, utilization, or value.
