* 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
 * Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage support tickets effectively.

Preferred Skills

 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 , Active Directory, and endpoint management.
 * Familiarity with printers, VoIP systems, and mobile device support (Apple and Android).
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus., * IT support: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Respond to and resolve daily IT support tickets.
 * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Set up and configure new user accounts, computers, and equipment.
 * Install, update, and maintain software applications.
 * Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and password resets.
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets.
