 * Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
 * Proficiency in Python and Django framework
 * Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience with full-stack web development principles
 * Knowledge of UX/UI design practices
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
 * Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
 * Must be a U.S. citizen (Industry Software is not sponsoring visas at this time)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
 * Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
